Yummy Raw Vegan Healthy Treats

Ready to try the perfect snack that satisfies your taste buds but is really healthy for brain and body?

 

Raw Hedgehogs

Ingredients
  • 2 cups nuts  (I used a combination of 1 cup brazils, 1 cup of mixed  nuts)
  • 10 Medjool dates    100gm
  • 3 level tblsp cacao
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • Pinch salt
  • 2-3 tblsp coconut oil (enough to make the mix bind a bit)

 

Process to a fine crumb in food processer

Press into a lamington tin and refrigerate,  or

Form into balls and roll in coconut

 

* Suitable to freeze

 

 

 

Bliss Balls

Ingredients
  • 1 cup dates
  • ½ cups raisns
  • 2 tblspoons cacao
  • ½ cup apricots
  • ½ cup slivered
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • pinch salt

Process/blend for about 30 seconds with a dash of water and coconut oil
