Yummy Raw Vegan Healthy Treats
Ready to try the perfect snack that satisfies your taste buds but is really healthy for brain and body?
- 2 cups nuts (I used a combination of 1 cup brazils, 1 cup of mixed nuts)
- 10 Medjool dates 100gm
- 3 level tblsp cacao
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- Pinch salt
- 2-3 tblsp coconut oil (enough to make the mix bind a bit)
Process to a fine crumb in food processer
Press into a lamington tin and refrigerate, or
Form into balls and roll in coconut
* Suitable to freeze
- 1 cup dates
- ½ cups raisns
- 2 tblspoons cacao
- ½ cup apricots
- ½ cup slivered
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cup walnuts
- pinch salt
Process/blend for about 30 seconds with a dash of water and coconut oil
