Meditation improves concentration and attention span, good health and well-being.  Each yoga class finishes with a meditation and tools are given to assist you learn how to meditation.

Mindfulness is having a centred focus on what you are doing in the present.  It’s that special way of achieving focus on your awareness in the present moment.  It’s acknowledging our feelings and thoughts.
