Beginner – Intermediate

All classes are suitable for the beginner student to the student who’s been practicing for some time.

Classes focus on alignment and breath, ideal for new students as you establish and build a strong foundation as you further your yoga practice.

Experienced yoginis will build on their yoga knowledge and re-establish alignment, awareness and breath.

Students are encouraged to listen to their body and are not to experience pain.  Stretching and extending yourself is encouraged.
