What types of meditations are taught?
Jen primarily works with Yoga Nidra meditation. This is a form of psychic consciousness down lying on your back. Jen will guide you, there is no effort required on your part.
Jen teaches silent and guided meditations as well as candle-gazing and mantra meditations, if she feels you could benefit from these – depending on your experience and your desired outcome.
What makes Jen’s Perth meditation classes different?
Before each meditation Jen will activate the energy flow throughout your body (clearing stagnant energy blockages and encouraging a strong flow of life force energy to move through you. In doing so, you will feel grounded and free of physical tension before the meditation session).
How to get the most out of your meditation?
Meditation is a skill. It takes a little practice so you ‘get the hang of it’ and you will reap the true benefits of meditation when you integrate it into your daily life. Jen sells meditations on mp3 that you can download onto all of your devices. This will enable you to establish a foundation for regular home practice.
